‎11 JAN 12 - WOD Run or Row 5K (Try to do the fun run in the morning at 0600-box will be open if you'd like to Row)

Rest as needed then....
Strength Day!!!...

Weighted (Strict Pullups)5-5-5-5-5
Goal should be to fail at about 1/4 of your body weight if possible. Talk to a trainer about progressive work for pullups.
