20 JAN 12 - WOD

"D.T." (Hero WOD)
5 rounds for time:
12 Deadlifts
... 9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

All @ 155#m / 105#w (Scale as needed, especially you big guys still working on form)

For the 0600 class, I'll get you started, but I have a 0630 Squadron Run I will have to duck out for; Skip Elliott will assist as needed.
